This listing is for a custom DIY transfer (i.e., iron-on), created with a name or word of your choice. A shirt is not included. This listing is for one word that is up to 10 letters. You will receive a rhinestone transfer and heat transfer vinyl decal, which can be combined to make your design. The vinyl needs to be applied before the rhinestones.

You can apply your design with a regular iron or by using a heat press. This is an easy way to customize your clothes or to send a message with your style for special occasions. Use these decals for birthdays, weddings, church events, and more. For example, brides can create shirts for the mother of the bride, maid of honor, and bridesmaids. These are great for gifts too. How to Apply a Rhinestone Transfer

1. Lift the transfer tape off of its backing. Be careful to keep the rhinestones in their place.

2. Position the transfer on the desired garment or cloth with the rhinestones facing down towards the fabric.

3. Put a thin cloth over the rhinestone transfer.

4. Heat up your iron on the “wool setting”.

5. Press the iron down on top of the design for 45-60 seconds. Do not move the iron around. Moving the iron around may cause the rhinestones to get out of place.

6. Continue to lift the iron and move it to different sections of the design until all sections of the transfer have been ironed.

7. Remove the iron, cloth, and the transfer tape. If the rhinestones are sticking to the transfer tape, repeat steps 3 through 6. You may need to use a higher setting than the “wool setting” in step 4.

8. Turn over the garment or cloth and repeat step 5 to ensure that the glue has melted through the garment or cloth.

9. It is recommended that items be hand washed or washed on a gentle washing machine setting. Items should be washed inside out.

How to Apply Heat Transfer Vinyl

1. Turn on the heat press (temperature 320° F) or iron (polyester/wool setting) for a home iron.

2. Iron for 10-12 seconds.

3. Peel off the backing after the vinyl has cooled. Be gentle, and do not continue to pull off the backing if the design lifts.

4. Iron again for another 10 seconds if needed, and wait for the vinyl to cool again.

5. It is recommended that items be hand washed or washed on a gentle washing machine setting. Items should be washed inside out.
